Springssss is a yeast-raised sweet bread spiral originated in 18th century Transylvania. Since then, it has gained popularity in many European countries under the names of Kurtos Kalacs, Chimney Cake, Horn Cake, Hungarian Twister. We would like to introduce this old, traditional delicacy to the New World.
